Shipping

All orders of in-stock items will ship within 24-48 hours.

Purchases made after 2 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday or the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped.

You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at mutana.com. We go to great length to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their visit to and purchase from our site. We therefore invite you to contact us should you not be satisfied with any part of your shopping experience. Below, we have outlined our policy regarding refunds and returns.

Body/personal care products, spices and other edible items
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for these items.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to us after contacting support@mutana.com and receiving a damaged product return authorization form. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
